Can I bring a guest?
Yes. You may bring one guest with you to your session.
Can I change outfits?
Yes. Outfit changes are welcome as long as they fit within your booked session time.
How long will my session take?
Lifestyle sessions are 30–45 minutes. Birthday, Studio, and Event sessions include one hour.
When will I receive my photos?
Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours.
Is rush delivery available?
Yes. Rush turnaround is available for an additional $25.
Where can my shoot take place?
Location options depend on the package. Birthday sessions can take place at your chosen location; birthdays held in a studio are booked as Studio sessions. A $25 travel fee applies to locations more than 30 minutes away.
Before you book
Simple, clear policies
Booking & payment
A nonrefundable $25 deposit reserves your session and is applied toward the package total. Studio bookings also require the nonrefundable $60 studio fee upfront. The remaining balance is due the day of your shoot.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations and no-shows. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice and is based on A1Shotz availability. A $20 fee applies when rescheduling a Studio session.
Session time
Lateness is deducted from your booked time and does not extend the session. Additional time, including Studio time, is $50 per hour.
Weather
Inclement weather may require a shoot to be rescheduled. Any change will be communicated directly.
